Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) Childcare Voucher
A child care voucher will help you cover most or all of the cost of child care at a qualified provider of your choice.
Vouchers can be used at hundreds of center-based and home-based providers across the city. They may also be used to pay approved relatives, neighbors, or friends for child care.
Vouchers can help pay for child care year-round for up to 24 hours a day. If you are determined eligible for child care assistance and select this option, you will receive a voucher that you can complete with the child care provider you pick.
After your child is enrolled with the provider, the Administration for Children’s Services will pay the provider directly each month.
Human Resources Administration (HRA) Childcare Vouchers
Parents and guardians who are employed or engage in work-related activities (required or voluntary), including those in school, may be eligible for child care.
If eligible for child care, parents and guardians have the right to appropriate, affordable, accessible, and suitable child care. HRA will never require you to use a specific provider but can help you find one that is best for you if you need one.
If you are employed or participating in a work activity and would like HRA to help pay for child care, you and the provider will need to complete and submit the forms below.

Open Houses in February 2025
To help families learn more about our program, meet our team, and explore our facilities, we will be hosting Open Houses throughout February 2025. These events are a great opportunity to ask questions, see our space, and discover how our specialized approach supports children and families. Program Details
- Capacity: Our daycare will accept up to 75 children.
- Schedule: We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, offering flexibility to accommodate busy family schedules.
- Enrollment Options: We accept private pay and child care vouchers to make our services accessible to a wide range of families.
